Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

Once approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send your item.

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving approval.
Please do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours. Include photos and a description in your email. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
